陈培琳(1994.1),男,博士。主要研究方向:食品与肠道菌群,功能性碳水化合物的分离纯化、结构表征以及活性机制的研究。主持福建农林大学优秀博士学位论文基金项目一项,参与国家自然科学基金一项,横向课题一项。共计发表国内外学术论文18篇,其中第一作者9篇,SCI收录7篇,CSCD收录2篇,授权国家发明专利1件。
